Megan Crone

Megan Crone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer engagement and account management. Currently serving as Senior Consumer Engagement Manager for Strategic Accounts at PDI Software since May 2021, Megan has held various roles in the organization, including Consumer Engagement Manager and Senior CRM Manager. Prior to PDI Software, Megan worked at The Wilson Group as a Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities included supporting sales and marketing teams for Consumer Packaged Goods clients. Megan's earlier experience includes positions at Agency Creative, Bradley Reid + Associates, Providence Health & Services, and Baylor Health Care System, demonstrating a solid background in marketing and account management. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Mass Communications from Sam Houston State University.
