Mike Hailes

Mike Hailes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer support and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Support at PDI Software since January 2021, Mike has previously held leadership positions at Cybera, where responsibilities included overseeing Operations and Customer Care, as well as Solution Care and Support. Prior to Cybera, Mike spent over a decade at Verifone, progressing through roles such as Director of Americas Production Support and Director of Client Services for North America. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Western Connecticut State University.
