Steve Stucky

Steve Stucky is an experienced professional in Lean Product Development and project management, currently serving as the Owner of Lean Program Consulting since January 2014, where consulting services focus on improving time-to-market cycles and team effectiveness. As President of the Product Development and Management Association since January 2019, Stucky leads a global community in product development and management. Prior roles include ownership of Nothing Bundt Cakes in Eagan, Minnesota, and senior leadership positions at Starkey Hearing Technologies, Emerson, Thermo King, Ingersoll Rand, and Hussmann, where Stucky directed teams and implemented lean methodologies, achieving significant improvements in project execution and market performance. Stucky holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
