Ricardo Silveira

Ricardo Silveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at PDMFC since May 2017, Ricardo previously held the position of Technical Consultant at CGI from June 2013 to May 2017, where responsibilities included Unix Application Support and optimization of batch jobs in BMC Control-M. Earlier in their career, Ricardo worked at Optimus - Comunicações S.A. from November 2004 to May 2013 as a Team Leader and Commercial Support Assistant, focusing on technical and commercial support for stores, including software and mobile equipment. Ricardo earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa, completing the program in 2015.
