Steve Roepken

Stephen Roepken currently serves as Area VP of Texas at Ascend Staffing since August 2024, after a distinguished tenure at PDQ Staffing, Inc. beginning in February 2014, where roles included VP and Regional Vice President of the Dallas Region. Stephen played a crucial role in navigating PDQ Temporaries, Inc. through the Affordable Care Act and managed safety aspects as Director of Risk Management. Prior leadership experiences include serving as Board President at Fourth Street School, Senior Pastor at All Saints Lutheran Church, Apostles Lutheran Church, and Grace Lutheran Church, with a focus on community engagement, team development, and educational programming. Stephen holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Pre-Theology from Capital University.
