Shannon Kernan

Shannon Kernan is an accomplished IT Program Manager at PDRI, an SHL Company, with a focus on Federal program execution and project delivery since April 2020. Previously, Shannon served as the Lead IT Project Manager at Stryker, overseeing CRM development during a post-acquisition integration phase and implementing Agile and SecDevOps methodologies. As an IT Consultant at ArdentMC, Shannon specialized in custom solutions for Federal and DoD customers, while also managing program compliance and technical writing for proposals. Additional experience includes roles in sales and contract administration at Carahsoft and SAP NS2, respectively, and a successful real estate career. Educated with a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Strategy & Information Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Jacksonville University.
