Emily Harris

Emily Harris is a skilled documentation specialist with over a decade of experience in technical writing and user support. Currently employed at Personnel Data Systems, Inc. since August 2012, Emily has progressed to the role of Documentation Specialist II, where responsibilities include designing and editing user documentation through the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, while collaborating with senior developers and subject matter experts. Prior experience at Kutztown University involved managing IT Help Center support and producing documentation as an Office of University Relations intern. Emily holds a B.A. in English with a focus on Professional Writing and Communications, and a B.A. in Spanish from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a study abroad program at Universidad del Azuay.
