Spencer D. Brown

Spencer Brown serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Compliance Officer at PDS Biotechnology since June 2022. Prior to this role, Spencer held the position of Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and Compliance Officer at Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc. from January 2018 to June 2022, and was also Vice President of Legal Affairs during that time. Spencer's extensive legal experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at GE Healthcare from March 2010 to January 2018, and at AstraZeneca from September 2000 to March 2010. Spencer began a legal career as an Associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom from 1997 to 2000. Educationally, Spencer earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an A.B. in History from Princeton University.
