Patrick Mahoney

Patrick Mahoney is an experienced Aviation Technical Recruiter currently working at PDS Defense since March 2023, focusing on the recruitment and placement of aviation maintenance personnel for military and commercial projects across the United States. Previously, Patrick served as a Technical Recruiter at L3Harris Technologies from November 2022 to March 2023, specializing in placing aircraft maintenance personnel for military aircraft. Prior to that, Patrick held the position of Aviation Recruiter at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions from July 2021 to October 2022, where recruitment efforts were directed towards both military and civilian projects. With extensive experience dating back to December 1992 as a Recruiting Manager at PDS Tech, Inc., Patrick has a proven track record of supporting aerospace and aviation companies globally and has received multiple top recruitment awards. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Lindenwood University, completed in 1999.
