Claudia Mercer has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Production Exchange Manager at PDS Energy since February 2012, where responsibilities include supporting users with access, data entry, and troubleshooting issues related to the Ticket Adder System. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at NeoFirma, Inc. from May 2005 to February 2012 in Client Support and Deployment, contributing to technology solutions for managing exploration and production information. Earlier in the career, Claudia spent nearly a decade at Marriott International as a Manager, focusing on delivering 5 Star Service and participating in leadership training programs.
