Trish Elliott

Trish Elliott is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Systems at Pacific Dental Services since July 2017, Trish partners with senior operating executives to enhance the People Strategy for a $2 billion organization supporting over 12,000 team members. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and General Manager of the TRx Division at Alliance HealthCare Services, overseeing marketing, business development, and revenue generation. Trish has also held key positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Ameriquest Mortgage, Pfizer/Pharmacia, and Yamaha Motor Corporation, contributing significantly to each organization’s growth and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include an MBA, BS in Business Management, and various leadership and compensation certifications.
