Ahm Ashraful Alam Masud (PGDHRM And PGDSCM)

AHM Ashraful Alam Masud has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. AHM Ashraful started their career in 1998 as a Finance and Marketing Coordinator at Mesers Shahaparan Trade & Commerce, where they managed the financial affairs of the store and explored new business opportunities. In 2002, they worked as a Retail Outlet Sales Advisor at Toys"R"Us, where they provided excellent customer service and maintained the store. AHM Ashraful then joined the Islamic Development Bank as a Departmental Secretary and Admin Officer, where they handled business correspondence and distributed office communication. In 2003, they became a Senior Sales Advisor and Admin Assistant at Alshaya Group, where they demonstrated strong sales and administrative skills. AHM Ashraful progressively moved up the ladder at Alshaya Group, taking on roles such as Assistant Store Operations Manager, Assistant Manager and Admin Controller, Assistant Store Manager, and Retail Outlet Operation Manager. In these positions, they excelled in profits and loss management, budget controls, sales, and marketing.
