Mikael Ahlström

Mikael Ahlström has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mikael currently serves as the Eastern Region Manager for Technical Support & Training at PDSVISION since November 2020. Prior to this, they were a Technical Services Specialist at StepOne Tech Ltd from January 2020 to November 2020.

From 2014 to 2020, Mikael worked at PDSVISION, starting as a Technical Support Engineer and later progressing to become a Technical Support Specialist and Senior Technical Support Specialist.

Before joining PDSVISION, they had customer service roles at Veho Group Oy Ab / Vaihtoplus Oy Ab and Tampereen Huoltoykkönen Oy, where they provided customer support, vehicle service advisory, and customer service.

Mikael also gained experience as a Vehicle Condition Inspector and Customer Service representative at ALD Automotive in 2011 and 2010 respectively.

Early in their career, Mikael worked as a Summer Trainee at Tampereen kaupunki - City of Tampere, where they worked as a plumber in various plumbing projects in and around the city.

Additionally, they have experience in the entertainment industry, having worked as an Actor at Tampereen Työväen Teatteri from 2001 to 2003.

Mikael Ahlström obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Novia University of Applied Sciences, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Svenska samskolan i Tammerfors from 2005 to 2008 for their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Mikael also obtained a certification in Anti-Bribery for Business Partners from PTC in April 2015.
