John Papp

John Papp is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in positions of increasing responsibility. Currently serving as Managing Director at PDT Partners since March 2014, prior roles include Executive Director and Vice President within the same organization. John began their career as an Associate at Highbridge Capital Management, focusing on Global Macro from July 2012 to March 2014, and gained early experience as a Senior Research Intern at State Street Associates in June 2006. John holds a PhD in Economics from Princeton University and a B.S. in Mathematics and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University, complemented by academic experience at the University of Oxford. Notably, John attended Pine Point School from 1989 to 1999.
