Katie Zhao

Katie Zhao's work experience includes roles as Vice President of Talent and Culture at PDT Partners, where they led diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts and managed quantitative research and technology recruitment. Katie also served as the Quantitative Trading and Technology Recruiting Manager at HBK Capital Management, overseeing firm-wide recruitment strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist at KCG Holdings, Inc. and in Diversity & Inclusion at Moody's Corporation. Katie also gained experience as an Organizational Development Intern at McGraw-Hill.

Katie Zhao holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications / Journalism and Business Administration from Fordham University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the PHR Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2018.
