Oana Groza is a seasoned professional in public relations, communications, and fundraising with a diverse background spanning various organizations. Currently serving as the PR & Fundraising specialist at Pe Stop since October 2021, Oana actively addresses menstrual poverty in Romania. As the Founder and Podcast Host of Wfounded since June 2022, Oana promotes women-founded businesses and social initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Investor Relations & Comms at Bright Spaces, Communications Specialist at Ribbet, and Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at STOICA.CO, among others. Oana has also coordinated communication efforts for TEDx Tineretului and managed projects for the Central European Startup Awards. Oana's educational background includes a degree from the University of Bucharest and a valedictorian Baccalaureate diploma from Alexandru Ioan Cuza High School.

Pe Stop
We started Pe Stop because it is not right that, in the 21st century, there still are girls and women who don't have access to the products and information they need to manage their periods safely and with dignity. - We distribute on a monthly basis over 350 free menstrual hygiene and COVID-19 protection kits - We organize menstrual hygiene classes accessible to anyone, regardless of ther educational level - We work on law projects to facilitate access to these basic products for those who need them the most.
