Scarlett M. Rajbanshi

Scarlett M. Rajbanshi is a partner at Peabody & Arnold LLP, where a legal practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including insurance coverage litigation, professional liability, general liability defense, and trust and condominium disputes. Scarlett has been with Peabody & Arnold LLP since March 2013 and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Rhode Island in both state and federal courts. Prior experience includes serving as a litigation associate at Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman, LLP from September 2007 to February 2013, and holding roles at the Massachusetts Appeals Court as an associate, as a law clerk at Ross, Silverman & Levy LLP, and as a summer associate with the U.S. Department of Justice. Education was completed at Boston College Law School with a JD and at UMass Boston with a B.A. in History.
