Cole Steeves

Cole Steeves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control, welding, and mechanical maintenance within the mining sector. Currently serving as a Quality Control Specialist at Peabody Energy since May 2008, Cole is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections and the implementation of quality control systems. Prior roles include DDS Welder/Mechanic/Step Up Supervisor, where team management and equipment maintenance were key duties, and various welding and mechanic positions with companies such as Bucyrus International and Solid Systems Engineering. Cole holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Arizona, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Ashford University, and a diploma in Welding Technology from Western Dakota Technical College.
