Paul Wagner

Paul Wagner possesses extensive experience in supply chain management, having held multiple leadership roles at Peabody Energy since November 2003, culminating in the position of Vice President Global Supply Chain Management. In this role, Paul leads a global supply chain team responsible for procuring $3 billion in goods and services across two countries, while also overseeing major contract negotiations and fostering supplier relationships. Paul has previously directed supply chain operations in Australia and the Americas, managed procurement for significant capital projects, and implemented crucial procurement policies and procedures. Earlier career roles include management positions at Tower Automotive and Videojet, where Paul focused on production environments, procurement, and the implementation of ERP systems. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
