Stephanie Dougherty

Stephanie Dougherty has over 20 years of experience in operations and business analysis, currently serving as the Director of Shared Services Operations at Peabody Energy since January 2010. During their tenure at Peabody, Stephanie has held various positions including Senior Manager of Transformation and Manager of Process Improvement. Prior to joining Peabody, Stephanie worked as a Senior SAP Consultant at ISSG from August 2006 to January 2010 and as a Business Analyst at Smurfit-Stone from January 2001 to August 2006, where Stephanie implemented systems such as SAP, Workbrain, and Clarus eProcurement. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Lindenwood University.
