Toni Jackson

Toni Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global compensation and total rewards management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Compensation at Peabody Energy since May 2008, Toni has previously held senior consulting roles at Towers Watson, Buck Consultants, and Hay Group, showcasing a strong background in compensation strategies and consulting. Early career experience includes a foundation in auditing at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Toni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri Columbia and completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
