Paula Richter

Paula Richter has been a dedicated professional at the Peabody Essex Museum since 1992, holding various curator positions, including Curator for Exhibitions and Research, Curator of Textiles and Costumes, and Assistant Curator of American Decorative Arts. Prior to this role, Paula served as the Registrar at the Essex Institute from 1988 to 1992. Educationally, Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of New Hampshire and has furthered expertise through programs such as The Attingham Summer School in 2000 and The Winter Institute at the Winterthur Museum in 1995.
