Amanda Collings

Amanda Collings has extensive experience in training and project management within the housing and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Housing Applications Trainer at Peabody since January 2015, Amanda is responsible for developing training materials related to the QL system and facilitating user training during the migration from Orchard to QL. Previous roles include Telephone Services Trainer and Administrator at Independent Age, where Amanda managed telephone befriending services for elderly citizens, and Customer Management Project Trainer at East Thames Group, leading training for customer-facing employees on the Orchard Housing CRM system. Amanda's career also includes roles at Royal Mail, involving senior resourcing and sales administration. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Cultural Studies from the University of East London and a Certificate in Requirements Engineering from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
