David Wakeford

David Wakeford has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate and housing development. David is currently serving as a Project Director at Peabody, leading the regeneration of a former hospital site into new homes and commercial spaces in Haringey. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Director at Catalyst Housing Limited, where they played a key role in managing projects. Before that, they were a Senior Development Manager at Transport for London, where they led several major residential development projects and conducted feasibility studies for over 5,000 homes. David also served as a Director at Savills, specializing in affordable housing and planning negotiations in London, and as an Assistant Director at Deloitte Real Estate, where they ran the Affordable Housing Consultancy team. David'scareer started as a Sales negotiator at Foxtons.

David Wakeford attended Sevenoaks School from 1995 to 2000. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Nottingham from 2001 to 2004. Subsequently, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management from London South Bank University between 2006 and 2008.
