Debra Billham

Debra Billham has extensive experience in payroll management spanning over three decades. Currently, Debra serves as Payroll Compliance Manager at Peabody, a position held since February 2019, along with roles as Payroll Change Manager and Interim Payroll Manager. Prior to Peabody, Debra worked at Residential Management Group Limited as Payroll Manager from March 2008 to December 2018 and held the position of Senior Payroll Administrator at Burnham Resources from September 2006 to March 2008. Debra also completed temporary assignments with notable organizations such as AIG, Cineworld, Erinaceous, and Trace Payroll Services. Earlier in the career, Debra was a Senior Payroll Administrator at Storacall Voice Systems from July 1990 to August 2006 and a Senior Payroll Clerk at Rediffusion Engineering Limited from May 1979 to June 1990. Debra's foundational education was completed at Wayneflete County Secondary School.
