Kieran Lewer

Kieran Lewer has extensive experience in technology and IT operations. Kieran has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Peabody, Severn Trent, The Standard P&I Club, Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Exeri Consulting, Cabot Credit Management, Schroders Greencoat LLP, and sofa.com.

At Peabody, Kieran served as the Head of IT Operations, leading a team responsible for service, support, infrastructure, and architecture for the housing group. Kieran oversaw the IT operations at Severn Trent as the Head of Technical Operations, managing infrastructure, application, and network services for the organization.

Kieran also worked as the Technology Operations Manager at The Standard P&I Club, where they provided operational oversight during a transformational period. Kieran played a crucial role in stabilizing the Citrix environment, creating a shared workspace, and developing a cloud-centric site.

In their role as Director at Exeri Consulting, Kieran offered technology consulting, management, and infrastructure services to various clients across different industries. Kieran worked with FMCG, retail, media, and software companies, providing services such as technology auditing, disaster recovery consulting, cloud technology implementation, and team building.

Furthermore, Kieran served as the Transformation Program Lead at Cabot Credit Management, leading a transformation program to integrate cloud-first platforms and reduce reliance on legacy technology. Kieran successfully integrated seven disparate business units and collaborated with a team of technical specialists across Europe.

During their tenure as the Head of Technology at Schroders Greencoat LLP, Kieran was responsible for all aspects of technology and played a significant role in transforming the company's technology infrastructure. Kieran facilitated the move from legacy technology to a cloud-based stack, improved the cyber security posture, and implemented a successful service delivery model during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to this, Kieran worked as the IT Operations Manager at Peabody and held two roles at Cabot Credit Management. At sofa.com, they served as the European Head of Operations, aligning technology with the company's growth strategy.

Throughout their career, Kieran Lewer has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a track record of driving successful technology transformations.

Kieran Lewer completed high school at Plume School from 1991 to 1996 and obtained a High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Kieran also has additional certifications in ITIL and PRINCE2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
