Leander Mansell has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Leander started their career at Barclays in 1994, where they worked as a Sales and Service Technical Team Manager until 2006. Leander then joined AIG as an Operations & Customer Service Manager, responsible for overseeing operations and customer service in the South East Region. During their time at AIG, they supported multiple commercial lines and managed a team of up to 60 staff. In 2013, Leander moved to the Financial Conduct Authority, where they worked as a Manager in the Triage Team Approved Persons until 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Complaints and Ombudsman Compliance at Peabody, a role they have been in since 2014.
Leander Mansell attended Catford County Girls School from 1988 to 1993. During this time, they obtained 10 GCSE's with grades A - C and achieved a GNVQ Level 2 in Business Studies.
