Since December 2003, Linda has served as Director at Change The Law Ltd, leading a global working group of diverse stakeholders. Additionally, Linda has held multiple senior consultancy roles and interim positions in prominent organizations such as the UK Ministry of Defence and the Department for Transport, specializing in HR strategic planning and employee relations. As a member of the Legal Committee for peace brigades international, Linda advocates for human rights defenders in conflict areas. With advanced degrees in law and human rights, including a Professional Doctorate focusing on Business and Human Rights from Anglia Ruskin University, Linda Wood combines a strong academic background with a proven track record of delivering commercial solutions and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
