Jami Wood Emory

Jami Wood Emory, MBNA, CFRE, currently serves as Major Gifts Officer at the Peace Center since April 2024. Previously, Jami held the position of Director of Development at the ETV Endowment of South Carolina from August 2022 to February 2024, and prior to that, Jami was the Executive Director of PlaySafe USA from August 2021 to August 2022. Jami's extensive experience at The Children's Museum of the Upstate included roles such as Vice President for Spartanburg, VP of Visitor Experience, Vice President of Development, and Director of Development from May 2016 to August 2021. Additionally, Jami worked at Spartanburg Regional Foundation as Director of Philanthropy and Development Officer from June 2004 to May 2016. Jami holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Appalachian State University, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
