Sandra Poi

Sandra Poi has extensive experience in organization change and transformational leadership consulting. Sandra began their career in 1984 as the VP of Employee and Voluntary Benefits Systems at Provident Companies (now UNUM). Sandra then moved to VPNtranet in 2001, where they served as both COO and Executive Consultant. In 2008, they joined IBM's Insurance Industry as an Executive Consultant. From 1998 to 2015, they worked at IBM in various roles, including Senior Exec Consultant - Social Business Transformation Organization Change Lead, Associate Partner, and Executive Consultant. During this time, they supported IBM teams and clients in assessing and developing plans, organization designs, culture, leadership, communications, and social business to achieve stronger results. In 2015, they joined Peace Communications as Executive Vice President and also became a Retired and Independent Consultant.

Sandra Poi obtained their MBA in Management and Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 1985 and 1990. Sandra then obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 1978 and 1984. In 2000, they became an IBM Certified Consultant. Sandra also obtained a Certified Management Accountant (Retired) certification from IMA in December 1991, and a Certified Public Accountant (Retired) certification from TSCPA in November 1991.
