Anthony Mendez

Anthony Mendez is an experienced professional in the fashion industry with a diverse background in technical design, product development, and community economic development. Currently serving in the Peace Corps as a Community Economic Development specialist since May 2023, Anthony has also worked as a self-employed Sewing and Technical Flats Instructor since April 2018. Previous roles include Peer Navigator at Prevention305, Associate Technical Designer at Perry Ellis International, and various positions as a designer and tailor at firms such as Ball and Buck and Excalibur. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business of Fashion from LIM College and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, complemented by an Associate degree in Menswear Design.
