Elizabeth Mandeville

Elizabeth Mandeville is an accomplished professional in international programming and education, currently serving as the Director of Programming and Training for Peace Corps in Ukraine since February 2022, where innovative initiatives have allowed operations to continue in a war-torn country. Prior roles include directing programming and training in Moldova and serving as Acting Country Director in Guyana, showcasing leadership in diverse international contexts. Elizabeth has a robust background in higher education, having spent nearly a decade at Wellesley College, leading initiatives in career education and national fellowships. Previous experience includes positions at the Institute of International Education, Mount Holyoke College, Tufts University, the Henry Luce Foundation, and UNDP. Elizabeth holds a MALD in international relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA in international relations from Wellesley College.
