Kathy Jacquart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management across various international organizations. Currently serving as the Chief of Operations for the Europe Mediterranean and Asia Region at the Peace Corps since December 2023, Kathy previously held the position of Supervisory Staff Associate for Administration and Planning at the National Science Foundation from December 2015 to December 2023. Kathy's diverse experience includes roles as Capacity Building Specialist at Training Resources Group, Acting HIV Team Leader at USAID, and various positions at the Peace Corps, including Country Director and HIV/AIDS Programming and Training Advisor. Earlier in Kathy's career, positions included Technical Advisor roles at USAID and Health Systems Research, and Community Health Project Coordinator at Africare. Kathy holds a BA in French from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Affairs in Public Policy and Administration from the LBJ School of Public Affairs.
