Kimberly Jackson

Kimberly Jackson is an accomplished professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Staff Development at the Peace Corps since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly held positions at NOAA as the Director of Organizational Performance and Learning, Chief Learning Officer, and at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, where Kimberly was the Director of the Federal HR Institute. Kimberly's extensive experience includes serving as the HRD Director for the HR Academy and various roles within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Education includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Development from The George Washington University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services, and an MBA from Trinity Washington University, alongside completion of the Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard Kennedy School.
