Robert Louie is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in Indigenous governance and business. As the proprietor of Indigenous World since 2014, Robert Louie has successfully merged modern culture with Indigenous history through the production of award-winning wines and a French Bistro. Robert Louie's tenure as Chief of Westbank First Nation from 1986 to 1996 and again from 2002 to 2016 featured significant milestones, including the approval of a self-government agreement, implementation of the WFN Land Code, and initiatives in economic development and community services. Currently serving as Chair and Board Member for Peace Hills Trust and Chairman of the First Nations Lands Advisory Board, Robert Louie has also held influential positions at various organizations, including the National Aboriginal Economic Development Board and the University of British Columbia Board of Governors. Robert Louie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Victoria and a Diploma in Business Administration from Okanagan College.
