Nathalie Monette

Nathalie Monette is a Corporate Underwriting Manager at Peace Hills Insurance, a position held since April 2018. Previously, Nathalie served as the Director of Personal Lines at Belair Insurance Company Inc. from December 2014 to December 2016, where leadership of a team focused on Corporate Underwriting in the Western region was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor of Personal Lines Underwriting at Alberta Motor Association Insurance Company from June 2008 to December 2014, overseeing a team of business analysts to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines. Nathalie holds multiple professional designations, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Chartered Insurance Operations Professional (CIOP), Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Université de Montréal.
