Kevin Larkins

Kevin Larkins is an experienced leader in community engagement, consulting, and executive development. Currently serving as Community Engagement Manager at Peace of Mind Foundation Australia since March 2020, Kevin is dedicated to supporting individuals affected by mental health challenges. As a Senior Associate at The Geelong Consulting Group since April 2015, Kevin has delivered impactful resilience training programs. In the role of CEO at Leading Australia, Kevin focuses on developing leadership within organizations. Previous positions include Interim CEO at The Bodhi Bus, where Kevin enhanced transportation access for remote communities, and Director of Development at Surf Life Saving Australia, overseeing member development initiatives. Kevin also briefly served as Acting CEO at the Centre of Excellence in Child and Family Welfare during a transitional period. With an educational background that includes degrees in Counseling Psychology and certifications in NLP coaching, Kevin combines extensive experience with a strong commitment to community service and professional development.
