Shirley Chapin

Shirley Chapin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and sales. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Ephrata Area Social Services since March 2025, Shirley previously held the position of Emerging Leaders United and Online Engagement Program Manager at United Way of Berks County from March 2017 to March 2025, where responsibilities included fostering the engagement of young professionals through volunteerism and philanthropy.
