Dale Bourgeois

Dale Bourgeois, FACHE, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Imaging Services at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center since May 2023. In addition to this role, Bourgeois has been an Adjunct Professor at Providence University since May 2019, facilitating online learning for the MHA program. Prior to these positions, Bourgeois was the Director of Imaging & Clinical Engineering Services at Kadlec from April 2016 to May 2023, overseeing projects including the transition to new EPIC EMR and PACS. Earlier experience includes serving as the Imaging Services Manager at CHI Franciscan Health from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities included designing objectives to optimize hospital performance and collaborating with Radiology Departments. Bourgeois also worked as Practice Manager III at Rockwood Clinic from 2012 to 2013, managing multiple locations and an anticoagulation care team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution (2008-2011).
