Ruberto Paulo

Ruberto Paulo is the Head of Engineering at Peach Payments. Ruberto has over ten years of experience in the software development industry. Prior to joining Peach Payments, they were a Development Manager at Prodigy Finance. There, they led, coached and mentored several software engineers across multiple teams. Ruberto was also responsible for the growth and development of the software engineers reporting to him, and for helping set up metrics within the team.

Before Prodigy Finance, Ruberto Paulo worked as a Software Developer at Mpowered Business Solutions for over four years. Ruberto was responsible for developing software solutions for clients, as well as for providing support and maintenance for existing applications.

Ruberto Paulo has a strong technical background and is passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals through technology. Ruberto is dedicated to their work and is constantly striving to improve their skills and knowledge.

Ruberto Paulo attended high school at Hoërskool Drie Riviere, where they studied mathematics and computer science.

Ruberto Paulo reports to Rahul Jain, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Joshua Shimkin - Head of Marketing, Tejas Mistry - Head of Product, and Paxton Anderson - CFO.
