Jesse Herman has been in the tech industry since 2005. Jesse began their career at Peregrine Systems as a Customer Support Engineer. In 2006, they moved to Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Solutions Consultant. In 2015, they joined Flexera Software as a Product Support Engineer. Most recently, they have been working as a Technical Support Engineer at Peachjar since 2018.
Jesse Herman obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Silicon Valley between 1997 and 2001. In 2006, they obtained a TSIA Certification from the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).
