Joe Cremer

Joe Cremer has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Joe began their career in 1998 at Esri as a Project Manager in Information Services and a Technical Team Lead in Internet Marketing. In 2007, they joined Clear Capital as the Director of Data Engineering, where they grew a small team of 3 engineers using legacy technology into a high performing team of 12 leveraging Cloud technologies and tools. Joe also managed the Strategic Programs and Project Management Office. In 2019, they joined EMPLOYERS as an Agile Program Manager, where they managed a Data Program budget of $11M and coordinated with the Chief Data Officer on Roadmap creation and Steering Committee organization. Most recently, in 2021, Joe joined Peachjar as the Director of Engineering.

Joe Cremer obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from the University of California, Riverside. Additionally, they hold a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance and an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
