Carly Kay, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Peachtree Group Hospitality Management, specializing in investment management. Prior to this, Carly worked as an Executive Recruiter and HR Consultant at Needle In a Kaystack and held HR leadership roles at Cobb Galleria Centre, Trans Inns Management Company, and The Riverside Hotel. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
