Chris Reece

Chris is responsible for Peachtree and Stonehill's financial statements, financial reporting, investor reporting, audits, and overseeing taxes for all debt funds.

Chris Reece joined Peachtree Hotel Group in March of 2018 as the Debt Fund Controller. Prior to joining Peachtree, from 2011 to 2018, Chris worked with CBRE as the Fund Manager and Fund Controller for a large US open ended core fund. While at CBRE Chris also worked on a US insurance company based real estate portfolio and a foreign based sovereign wealth fund. Prior to working at CBRE, Chris worked for four years as an auditor at a public accounting Firm in Atlanta, specializing in various industries including real estate, manufacturing, retail, restaurant, and entertainment. He served two of those years as a Staff Auditor and two as a Senior Auditor. Chris received both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University. He holds a CPA designation in the state of Georgia.
