Cheryl Thorne

Cheryl Thorne, MSHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Peacock, a role held since October 2022, following a position as Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at NBCUniversal Local from December 2018 to October 2022, and as Human Resources Manager at NBC Sports Chicago from June 2017 to December 2018. Cheryl's earlier roles encompass Regional Human Resources Manager at Tribune Media, Human Resources Generalist at Enova International, Lovelace Medical Center, and Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., as well as a talent acquisition internship at Starbucks Coffee Company. Cheryl began the career at Target as Senior Team Leader and Supervisor. Educated at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, Cheryl holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University.
