Helen Chan is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Design & UX for the Commerce Experience at Peacock since August 2022, Helen previously held significant roles such as Head of Design for Transaction Banking at Goldman Sachs and Director of Content and Commerce at GSK. With a strong foundation in customer experience, Helen has led cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions at Verizon, where Helen held several positions, culminating as Senior Manager of CX. Earlier career milestones include positions at Pegasystems, AT&T, Beekman Marketing, GREEN - The Luxury Golf Magazine, and Ruder Finn. Helen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Parsons School of Design and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Florida.
