Steven Leardi

Steven Leardi serves as the VP of Product Design for the viewing product at Peacock TV since January 2020, leading the UX and product design for NBCUniversal's streaming service across various platforms. Previously, Steven held multiple roles at Comcast NBCUniversal, culminating in the position of Executive Director of User Experience, where oversight included a design studio in New York and a team of over 30 designers. Additional experience includes leading product design at Newsela and working as a freelance digital creative director for numerous high-profile agencies and clients. Steven's early career includes positions at prominent firms such as Organic and R/GA, emphasizing interactive and UX design. Steven earned a degree in Graphic Design with a focus on Interactive and Motion Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
