Luciano Tekampe

Luciano TeKampe serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Peak 15 Capital since January 2025, where responsibilities include directing financial strategy, risk management, and operational infrastructure to facilitate long-term growth. Concurrently, Luciano holds the position of Strategic Consultant for Data & Analytics Transformation at Pivotal Performance Partners, providing guidance to organizations on modernizing tech stacks and optimizing processes. Previously, a long tenure at Ingersoll Rand spanned from October 2008 to February 2025, where Luciano held several key roles, including Vice President of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Global Innovate to Value & Transition Services Leader, and Global Director of Oracle ERP Implementation, among others. Luciano's extensive experience in lean six sigma methodologies began earlier in career positions at Discover Financial Services and GE Money. Luciano earned a degree from Florida Southern College between 1990 and 1994.
