Alex Kaskel

Alex Kaskel has extensive experience in the real estate industry with a focus on capital markets, acquisitions, leasing, and financing. Alex has worked at multiple companies, including Peak Capital Advisors, ABS Partners Real Estate, The Singer & Bassuk Organization LLC, Plaza Construction, and M & T Bank. Throughout their career, they have been involved in over $1 billion worth of transactions in the New York City Metropolitan area. Alex's roles have included Principal, Head of Capital Markets, Managing Director, and Financial Analyst, with responsibilities such as sourcing and underwriting acquisitions, representing landlords and tenants in real estate transactions, arranging financing, and assisting project managers in overseeing construction progress.

Alex Kaskel received their high school diploma from Brunswick School in 2008. Alex then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Michigan from 2008 to 2012.
