Rachael Hardman started their career in 2013 as a Research Data Analyst at the British Antarctic Survey, where they analyzed radar data for a space weather project. Rachael then moved on to the General Medical Council in 2014 as an Information Analyst, where they automated reports and provided statistics using VBA, Excel, and SQL. In 2015, they became a Mathematics Tutor at The University of Sheffield, tutoring non-maths students and leading various modules. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Peak as a Data Scientist, focusing on supply chain problems and optimization before becoming the Data Science Team Lead.
Rachael Hardman completed their MMath degree in Mathematics at The University of Sheffield from 2009 to 2013. Rachael then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Mathematics at the same university from 2015 to 2019.
